Been out in the garden the last several days...first I cleaned up and weeded two of the raised beds, then transplanted strawberries from the strawberry bed into the cleaned up beds...then I put straw around the plants...hopefully to keep the weeds down this year. It was so beautiful and warm outside in the sunshine! 3 men and a woman came today to get the cows to take them to auction on saturday...I helped them get the cows into a stock trailer. 13 cows fit pretty tight into that trailer!!!! I was glad to see them go...no more ruined fences and perhaps the pastures will come back.
