My oldest son long jumping...First time he's long jumped since middle school, and he didn't even get to practice this jump once in track practice at his school...I think he took 9th out of a bunch of schools...pretty darned good. They had winter training this year, and it sure did help his progress once track practice finally started.

Here he is at the starting block of the 4 X 100 relay race. He obviously is the first leg, but he blew by the competition, he was also part of a 4 X 200 relay race and they won this event easily. There is a great group of athletes this year!
