Cremation Urns

My husband David has started making Cremation Urns. Please check out the slide show on the side of my blog.
Last summer he lost his mother to heart failure and his older brother to Cancer within a two week time period. It was heart breaking for all of us, and it made us realize that no one is ever prepared enough to say goodbye....

Loosing a family member or loved one is one of the hardest trials you will experience in your life. We provide you with an easy and cost efficient way of taking care of part of your funeral expenses and decision making. We make Cremation Urns in several sizes, and can also make them to your ‘Custom Order’ in your time of need.

There are different types and sizes of Cremation Urns.

Companion (for more than one person) size urns are 10 ¼ inches wide by 9 inches deep by 7 ½ inches high.
Single size urns are approximately 9 ¾ wide by 8 7/8 deep by 6 inches high.
Mausoleum Niche size is approximately 9 inches wide by 6 1/8 inches deep by 4 ¾ high.

The woods we use are hand crafted with renewable resource wood and/or recycled wood such as Pacific Coast Maple, Pacific Madrone, Mahogany, White or Black Oak and Hickory.
Each urn starts as rough cut lumber, it is cut, planed, sanded, laminated, mitred, finish sanded, stained and lacquered.
